Today the spotlight is on Jessica McDowell, operations associate at Milestone. We asked Jess a few questions about working at Milestone and life outside the office. Read on to learn more about her!
How do you help Milestone’s clients?
I handle the day to day operations of the office, including qualified settlement fund operations, printing and depositing checks, drafting letters, sending and receiving mail, and communicating with clients.
What is the best part of your job?
Getting to work with such an awesome team every day.
What is your favorite thing about working in Buffalo?
The people here. Everyone is so nice, and I love being downtown; it’s such a great atmosphere.
What makes you a good party guest?
I laugh at just about everything.
What is your “walking down the street” song?

If you were an ice cream flavor, what would you be?
Pistachio.
