Head of People
Social Media Intern
Are you that person who always knows the latest video trends on TikTok and Reels? Do you have the ‘secret sauce’ figured out to grow a following and keep people engaged on social media? If a big part of your day is scrolling, creating, and posting, then you may be the perfect fit for our social media intern position at Seventh Amendment Holdings.
Key Responsibilities Include
Under the supervision of the marketing team, the social media intern will be responsible for creating fresh and interesting content for Seventh Amendment’s social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. This role includes regular feed posts as well as stories, Reels, and highlights where applicable, according to a predetermined cadence coordinated with the marketing team. It also includes investigating and evaluating new apps and opportunities. The social media intern’s understanding of social trends and tactics as well as video/graphic production will be a critical asset to Seventh Amendment’s organic outreach efforts.

- The position is located in Buffalo, NY and can be filled immediately.
- This is a part time role, with an estimated 8-10 hours per week.

Client Services Associate
Are you a finance whiz who loves people as much as numbers? Do you wake up and check the stock market first thing in the morning? If you enjoy providing the best client experience and have a passion for financial services, then you could be a perfect fit for our Client Services Associate role.
Under the supervision of the Director of Wealth Management, the Client Services Associate is responsible for the overall client experience. This role will also work with the investment team to monitor client portfolios and investment models and execute trading. Investment research will be a function of this role, conducting meetings with external portfolio managers to understand portfolio / security performance, positioning, and global economic outlook in addition to the overall investment philosophy.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Work as part of a team to ensure a positive client experience, focusing on business retention and increasing visibility with clients
- Proficiency in navigating complex client relationships; ensuring a thorough understanding of client expectations
- Comprehension of firm capabilities and services to deliver solutions supporting clients and cross functional teams
- Monitor client portfolios and investment models and execute trading
- Lead meetings with external portfolio managers to understand portfolio performance, positioning, economic outlook and the overall investment process
- Help identify and deploy enhancements to our investment process
- Conduct security analysis and other ad hoc research needed by the investment team
- Accelerate internal investment technology utilization initiatives
- Exhibit a clear understanding of investment workflows, efficiencies, and CRM systems
- Lead, prioritize and execute on multiple simultaneous priorities and initiatives
- A demonstrated ability to form and cultivate positive relationships with both clients, internal and external partners

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. MBA is preferred, but not required
- Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) track welcomed, but not necessary
- 2 – 4 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically at an RIA
- 1+ years of experience in portfolio management / client service
- Experience with Schwab / TD Ameritrade, Morningstar, Bloomberg, Redtail or similar industry software is preferred
- Strong interest in Settlement Planning and Financial Services
- Self-starter with the ability to synthesize information and develop creative solutions, both within a team and independently
- Excellent social, verbal, and written communication skills so you can effectively articulate your thoughts when working alongside multiple business segments
- Organizational and time management skills; must be able to multi-task and work independently in a professional, fast-paced, and high traffic environment
- Ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment that demands full compliance with policies and procedures
- Strong organizational, project planning and execution skills
- A positive, can-do attitude that motivates and inspires others
- Advanced Microsoft Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Associate Attorney

As an Associate Attorney at Milestone, your role is to provide settlement planning services and guidance to top national law firms, and to support the legal needs of our entities. Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop and nurture relationships with top trial lawyers and law firms across the country.
- Use your knowledge of litigation and settlement strategies to help law firms excel.
- Provide legal and operational expertise to all entities under the Milestone umbrella.
- Collaborate with the Case Management team to determine priority of client needs and how to triage projects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop collateral for trial lawyers and plaintiffs.
- Draft/review settlement-related and other legal documents and assist with preparing and finalizing settlement plans for clients.
- Identify new business opportunities with key players in the legal industry.

- A Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in New York state or another state
- 0-5 years’ experience working in the legal industry
- A minimum of 5 years working with Microsoft Office Suite
