We are delighted to introduce Nora Pérez, the newest member of the Milestone team! Nora joins the firm as a qualified settlement fund project manager. In this role, Nora communicates with law firms and attorneys throughout the mass tort post-settlement phase. Here’s how she describes it: “The QSF process is unique for each settlement, so I have the goal of working together with our attorney clients to provide the most efficient distributions and best support to claimants through their settlement process.”
At Milestone, our team takes pride in building a strong bond with one another. To get to know Nora a bit better, we asked her a few questions about her life in Texas, her hobbies, and what she finds meaningful about her job. Here’s what she had to say.
When you’re not working, what are you up to?
I love spending my free time with my family, chasing after my toddler son, and spending time outdoors or working any of my favorite hobbies. I enjoy DYI projects, working out, and running. And of course, I’m a coffee lover.
What about your job inspires you?
It’s a tough field and every day can be different, but helping and caring for claimants will always be number one.
What makes you excited to work at Milestone?
I’ve met so many great people here, and I am excited to continue to learn and grow with everyone at Milestone. We can literally sit together in a room and bounce ideas off each other as if we’ve known each other for ever.
What’s are your favorite things about living in Texas?
I was born and raised in Houston, and having my family around will always top my list. And the food diversity here is endless.
