How do you help Milestone’s clients?

I speak with attorneys and their clients daily about their possible options for settlement.  After our discussions, I provide them with the steps and resources necessary to move forward in reaching their personal and financial goals.

Share one of your favorite client stories.

There are too many to share, but one that always stands out for me is a client who we helped a few years back, regularly sends me pictures of her adorable grandchildren.

What is the best part of your job?

The interactions with all different types of people throughout the country, from claimants, paralegals, and lawyers, to trustees and other partners within the legal and financial industry.

If you had to come up with a unique mission statement for Milestone, what would it be?

Compassionate. Creative. Qualified.

What makes you a good party guest?

I always offer to bring something.  A party can never have too many appetizers or desserts.

What is your “walking down the street” song?

The theme song from The Sopranos.

If you were an ice cream flavor, what would you be?

Ben & Jerry’s Late Night Snack.

If you could trade places with any other person for a day (famous or not, living or dead, real or fictional), whom would it be?

Jane Goodall.
