We are delighted to announce that Blase LaDuca has joined Milestone as a QSF analyst! In this role, Blase supports the qualified settlement fund team and is responsible for a variety of operations through fund administration and distribution.

Our team takes pride in building a strong bond with one another, so we wanted to get to know Blase better as he began his new role at Milestone. We asked him a few questions about his life in Buffalo as well as his hobbies and education. Read what Blase had to say below.

Where did you attend school, and what did you study?

I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Finance from Canisius College. Since then, I have worked at two large publicly traded companies – Constellation Software $CNSWF and Citigroup $C – where I focused on both M&A and Product Control.

What made you want to work at Milestone?

I wanted to get out of my comfort zone of banking and M&A and try something new. I saw the posting for a QSF analyst, and it looked interesting, so I applied, and I quickly fell in love with both the role and the people at Milestone. I knew after my first interview that I wanted the position.

What is one particularly unique fact about your life?

When I’m not working, I enjoy participating in bar league sports including co-ed and flag football as well as kickball, frequenting local restaurants, traveling to as many away Bills games as possible, mountain biking, and spending time with my family.

What’s the best part about living and/or working in Buffalo?

The bond we all share living in this underrated/ small/ diverse city. There is nothing like traveling while wearing Bills gear and hearing “Go Bills.” Buffalo is one big mixing pot with people from many different backgrounds and demographics, and I believe that’s what separates us form anywhere else.

Join us in welcoming Blase to the Milestone team!
