Claimants enter via a unique ID they receive by email or text message. Once finished, they can download a copy of their signed documents and claimants can expect to receive their funds within 10 business days. Upon all post-settlement documents being uploaded and signed, information is securely transmitted to lien resolution administrators, and documents can be digitally notarized as needed. A dashboard provides firms with real-time data on clients’ progress and payments, fee payments, lien resolutions, claims and forms, and more. Law firms can analyze post-settlement data and timelines via this real-time access as well as daily reconciliation reports on all post-settlement activity.
With Pathway, tens of thousands of claims can be rapidly processed. In addition to securely processing, storing, and transmitting claimant settlement data, the solution works with a law firm’s existing systems and disbursement.
