As Director of Engineering, Christian Ayala focuses primarily on Milestone’s application development and management. He started his career as a software engineer in Dallas, specializing in software development consulting, which gave him experience in a wide range of industries, such as: automotive subscriptions, corporate real estate services, banking services for long-haul truckers, ticketing kiosks, and many more. Christian went on to work at an e-commerce platform specializing in team swag and promotional products before joining Milestone.

Christian was born and raised in Dallas, TX. His family is from Mexico, and he visits several times a year. Christian also loves road trips and just about anything adventurous, as well as reading, riding his motorcycle, cross-stitching, and cooking for friends and roommates.
