As a Senior Engineer, Dale Moore focuses on Milestone’s application development. He started his career as a software engineer specializing in full stack web development, which gave him experience in a wide range of industries: MedTech, FinTech, Insurance, others. He went on to help build an e-commerce platform specializing in contact lenses and white label sales prior to joining Milestone.

Dale was born and raised in California, but moved to Tennessee in high school. He currently lives in Henrietta, NY, with his wife. He is fluent in American Sign Language and previously worked as a professional sign language interpreter, both in the community as well as for the Rochester Institute of Technology. Dale is a motorcycle aficionado and enjoys trailering his and his wife’s motorcycles to destinations and riding together.
