As QSF Project Coordinator, Catherine is responsible for assisting in the daily administration of qualified settlement funds. She provides pressing updates to the law firms in addition to resolving complex QSF claimant escalations from the Solutions team.

Catherine brings a wealth of knowledge to Milestone, joining with over a decade of experience in the post-settlement mass tort field. Catherine is an expert in mass tort healthcare lien resolution, having handled all lien types throughout her career. She possesses specialized knowledge in all stages of Medicare lien resolution. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from Guilford Technical Community College. Catherine enjoys traveling, scuba diving, reading, and taking long walks.
