As an attorney/VP at Milestone, Sam Dolce connects law firms with bespoke settlement trustee services. He often serves as the face of the company at legal conferences and judicial hearings and is quoted as a post-settlement expert. As a pioneer of Pathway®, Milestone’s settlement administration platform, Sam has helped push the industry forward to new heights. He is passionate about justice for survivors and spearheaded the trauma-informed care trainings attended by all Milestone staff.

Sam received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Macalester College, followed by a Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo Law School. Prior to working at Milestone, Sam worked as a pro bono attorney at debt clinics, helping low- to moderate-income communities with foreclosure issues and bringing class actions against public entities. Sam’s dedication to public service brought him to Milestone, where the focus is on improving civil justice for the plaintiff. In 2022 and 2023, Sam was selected to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in the state of New York.

Outside of the office, Sam enjoys spending time with him family and cheers on his hometown team, the Buffalo Bills.
