As a Software Engineer, Marcus Meng joined Milestone’s technology team and works on application development. With a master’s degree in Quantitative Finance from the University at Buffalo, Marcus began his career as an IT Business Analyst, developing strong problem-solving skills by efficiently debugging complex issues. Before joining Milestone, he worked as a software engineer in the commercial insurance industry, consistently collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering software development solutions, and managing multiple system responsibilities.

Marcus lives in Charlotte, NC, with his wife; before that, he lived in Buffalo, NY, and Texas. He loves to travel and enjoys great food with friends, especially spicy foods. He is passionate about sports, particularly basketball and going to the gym. He is a team player who enjoys winning, but more importantly, he values teamwork and trusts the process.
