As Senior Director of QSF Administration, Kaitlyn oversees the entire QSF Admin department, interfacing with Milestone’s clients and collaborating with the greater team to ensure the success of each project. Prior to joining Milestone, Kaitlyn was a practicing attorney, focusing on product liability litigation and mass torts. She brings a decade of mass torts experience to the company, having worked on dozens of litigations from intake through settlement. Kaitlyn excels in high-volume case management and understands what claimants need to navigate the complexities of large-scale settlements.

Before law school, Kaitlyn earned a degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas and spent two years as a newspaper reporter. She received several Kansas Press Association Awards during that time and carried her writing and editing skills into her legal practice. Kaitlyn defeated or advanced numerous motions on her cases, preserving her clients’ opportunities for justice.

Kaitlyn lives in Western Colorado, where she and her husband enjoy many mountain adventures.
