Dion Russell is an authority in the post-settlement space. She has nearly two decades of experience in qualified settlement fund (QSF) administration, having administered funds in complex mass tort and class action litigations including Actos, Avandia, Yaz, TVM, OxyContin, and Bextra/Celebrex. Additionally, she worked in finance for eight years at the executive offices of two major hospital systems.

As a Senior QSF Project Manager at Milestone, Dion manages QSFs from initiation to closure. She collaborates with law firms regarding client settlement data and has a role in Milestone’s QSF accounting, database management, data entry, and drafting and reviewing settlement statements. Dion works with the QSF team to ensure Milestone meets its goals and exceeds client expectations. She is an advocate for high client satisfaction and emphasizes transparency, empathy, and integrity.

Dion has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Arts in Health Administration. In her spare time, she provides tax preparation, probate, and bankruptcy assistance for friends and family. She enjoys planning parties and events. Living in Atlanta, Dion is part of a large Caribbean community. She often plans events such as fundraisers to benefit schools within impoverished communities in Jamaica and Caribbean artist shows in the city’s local parks.
