As Director of Strategic Partnerships, Rachel McCarthy builds and manages external business relationships. She grows the company’s network and works closely with Business Development to achieve long-term goals.

Rachel graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Peace & Justice Studies. She has over 15 years’ experience managing and enhancing professional relationships and connecting key industry players, with 10 of those years in the legal industry. She enjoys finding creative ways companies and individuals can help each other grow, and has always had a passion for justice.

Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys traveling, being active, following local politics, and spending time with her husband and kids. She is also an active volunteer with Make a Wish WNY.
