As Director of People, Darcy Stadelmaier oversees all human resource and recruiting functions for Milestone. She has 25 years of experience in the human resource and development profession, working in both large multinational corporations and small, successful startups.

Darcy lives in Wheatfield, NY with her husband, two children, and their goldendoodle. She enjoys traveling, theater, and golf, and she is an avid supporter of the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.
