As the Executive Assistant, Megan Van Rentergem works closely with the CEO and all team members at Milestone to prioritize among hundreds of projects and be a champion of new ideas and the best execution. She acts as an ally and resource for her colleagues and provides direct communication and support across all entities.
Megan graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. Prior to joining the Milestone team, Megan spent the past six years working in commercial real estate where she learned the importance of prioritizing projects, and how to maintain a calm demeanor and produce quality work under strict, time-sensitive deadlines.
In her personal life, Megan and her husband Kody have a daughter, Madelyn, and a dog, named Norman, and are currently expecting their second baby. She enjoys running as a stress relief, going out to eat at new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.
