We are a fast-paced, high-end settlement planning and Qualified Settlement Fund (QSF) management firm that provides trusted guidance and support to plaintiffs/claimants and attorneys throughout litigation. We are looking for an analyst to provide support to the Settlement Administration team and to execute QSF administration functions and projects of varying difficulty and complexity.

Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the QSF Team on all projects, overseeing the data needs per project
  • Serve as the main interface with assigned business technology partners, managing those relationships, maintaining communication, and collaborating to identify new solutions and ways to improve operational efficiencies
  • Build and manage all QSF master file reports for assigned QSF projects
  • Review and organize data to best serve settlement administration processes
  • Coordinate with banking team to ensure proper issuance and execution of payment submissions to attorneys, claimants, vendors, and any other necessary party
  • Maintain accurate data reporting per project

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience in mass torts required
  • Must be able to meet deadlines, wear multiple hats, and maintain flexibility to pivot as needed throughout the day
  • Maintain a high degree of attention to detail and professionalism in working with various stakeholders, time-sensitive materials, and confidential matter
  • Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be a self-starter able to work independently under minimal supervision, but also take direction/guidance well and function efficiently as part of a collaborative team
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and juggle multiple tasks/projects/deadlines simultaneously, and adapt to an evolving project load
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
  • Must live in the United States
