As Probate Paralegal, Alexandra Gurule is part of the Legal Team working with firms and claimants on post settlement estates. Alexandra has several years of experience in probate and family law, previously working in a boutique firm that specialized in contested estate litigation and guardianships. She then moved into a role for a large family law firm that specialized in high-profile marital estates and litigation for custody, divorce, enforcement, and modification.
Alexandra received her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Houston with minors in English and Social Linguistics. She wrote her thesis in Medieval history and cultural identity assimilation. She was a National Mellon Scholar for two years and received funding for her thesis and research. Alexandra spent another two years as a data specialist working with the university’s English department and special collections on two funded projects.
Alexandra is an avid reader and has a large book collection. She loves to play music, attend concerts, and knit in her spare time. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest on Larch Mountain, Alexandra spent her time hiking the Bridge of the Gods, Spirit Lake, and enjoying the beautiful mountains and forests.
